Ten Courses and Soft Serve for $78 on West Atlantic
Michael Schulson opened Double Knot in Sundy Village on June 17, and the format is built so you decide how expensive the night gets. Robatayaki skewers come off the grill from $4, nigiri starts at $4 for the egg omelet, and the Chef's Select runs $78 a person for ten selections plus soft serve. The cheap way in is happy hour, daily from 4 to 6, where nothing goes above $9: chicken thigh and maitake skewers at $5, short rib at $7, and every roll and handroll at $8. Book on Resy.

The Free Holographic Exhibit Inside the Boca Library Comes Down August 24
Austin Lubetkin's Touch of Gold has been up at the Downtown Library on NW 2nd Avenue since July 20. The city describes it as built around transformation, with holographic components and bold color carrying the idea. Lubetkin, who is autistic and has synesthesia, has said his art translates sensory and emotional states into something visible. The practical version: step side to side in front of the holographic pieces, because they do one thing standing still and another when you move. No ticket, no reservation. Monday, August 24 is the last day, and the library runs to 8 PM that night.

The fifth year of this one, now at Bryant Park on the water in Lake Worth Beach, 6 to 10 p.m. General admission is $55 in advance versus $65 at the gate, so buying early is the whole play. VIP is $80 and opens the gates at 4, two hours ahead of general, with a welcome drink and a souvenir cup. It is 21 and up, dog friendly, and it runs rain or shine.
Seven Miles of Trails and a Cable Wakeboard Lake for $3 a Car
Quiet Waters Park covers 431 acres on Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach, just over the Boca line, with seven miles of mountain bike trails and a cable park called Ski Rixen that tows riders around the lake with no boat. It has been running since 1983. The $35 two-hour Basic Pass covers ride time, helmet, vest, skis and a kneeboard, but not a wakeboard: that is $50, and the $60 advanced board is the only rental cleared for the rails. Gate is free Monday through Friday and $3 a vehicle for eight or fewer on weekends. Closed Mondays, and the weekend 10 AM to noon block is registered beginner lessons only.

The Grove Opens Five Nights a Week, and the Ravioli Is Why You Go
Chef and sommelier Michael Haycook has run The Grove on NE 2nd Avenue in Pineapple Grove since 2012, and it only serves dinner, Tuesday through Saturday. The Ravioli du Dauphine is stuffed with comte, morel mushrooms, smoked bacon and spinach, and it is the one to lead with if it is on that night, because the menu is small and changes with the season. Google has it around 4.5 across more than 320 reviews, and the word that keeps coming up in them is hidden. Book through Tock, note the $35 per person card hold, and if you are bringing a bottle, come Wednesday, when corkage is waived.
