The Little Moir's family opened Sweet Fish in May, in Chasewood Plaza on Indiantown Road at Central Boulevard. Do not let the Publix plaza fool you: there is a carved wetlands scene over the bar and a menu that runs from the sweet potato crusted catch at market price up to a $49 ribeye. Here is the part to know before you go. There are two menus, lunch and dinner, and the same plates cost less at lunch. Their site does not publish when lunch pricing ends, so call and ask. Your Napkin Comes Clamped Shut at This One

The napkins arrive wrapped like little branded bandanas, warm, and you will think about pocketing one. Ford's Garage opened on North Congress in June: 7,500 square feet, vintage gas pumps, a Model T over the bar, and seating for more than 250. Come with people, get a signature burger and a local craft beer, and grab the patio if the weather cooperates.

818 Shanghai runs real dim sum out of an office plaza near the Turnpike: soup dumplings, shrimp rice rolls, turnip cakes.
