A 200-Pound Bluefin Gets Broken Down Live at AlleyCat on Sept 29
Chef David Bouhadana breaks down a 200-plus-pound tuna in front of the audience at AlleyCat, the izakaya he runs with chef Eric Baker on E Palmetto Park Rd in east Boca. Guaca Go Just Landed in Royal Palm Beach
The Fresh-Mex spot known for putting real guac in every bowl cut the ribbon on its Royal Palm Beach location on Southern Blvd on September 16, National Guacamole Day, no less. Bowls, burritos, salads, all build-your-own. It joins their West Palm, Delray and Tequesta locations, and it's open 11 to 8 every day. Price check: $.

The historic lighthouse above the Jupiter Inlet is open for climbs Tuesday through Sunday, all 105 steps of it. The view from the top takes in the inlet, the Intracoastal and a long stretch of Atlantic. Tickets are $15 for adults, $8 for kids 6 to 18, free under 5, and kids need to be 48 inches to make the climb. Guided tours run at noon and 1 pm, Tuesday through Friday.
