What You’re Getting Into

Start with the Butter Krab Roll. It’s the most popular thing on the menu for a reason. You dunk it into a side of warm clarified butter, rich and a little decadent, and because it’s kani rather than raw fish, it’s the roll that wins over people who swear they don’t like sushi. The Crispy Rice Tuna is the other non-negotiable: crispy rice, cool spiced tuna, truffle oil, and sea salt. Between those two you understand the whole concept in about four bites.

From there the menu opens up into specialty rolls, sashimi, and small plates that lean on the Latin side of the kitchen. It’s the kind of menu where ordering family-style is the right call, and the staff will steer you well if you ask what’s moving that night.

The Insider Move

Come for happy hour. It runs Monday through Friday, with drinks starting at noon and food specials from 3 to 6pm, which makes an early dinner here a genuinely good value before the dinner rush fills the room. Two Town Center has its own parking, so you skip the Town Center mall crawl entirely. If you’re coming on a Friday or Saturday night, go early or expect a wait, because weekend nights fill up fast.
