The fish is flown in daily, and the best seat to eat it is up on the rooftop as the sun drops behind the West Palm skyline. Kyma brought modern Greek to Olive Avenue with a rooftop that gets billed as the highest in downtown, looking out over the Intracoastal with Palm Beach on the other side.
