They make every crepe to order, from scratch, on a hot stone right in front of you - and the result is something you'll think about when you're back in the mall three weeks later wondering if you have time to stop by.
The Experience
The setup is part of the appeal. Batter hits the stone, spreads into a perfect circle, starts to crisp at the edges. The smell reaches you before you even get to the counter. Then comes the filling - whatever you ordered - and the whole thing is folded and handed to you warm. It's a simple thing done right, and in a mall food court, that stands out immediately.
Sweet or Savory - There's Something for Everyone
Sweet options:
Nutella banana with powdered sugar - the one to start with. Warm, rich, and the banana keeps it from being too heavy.
Fresh strawberry and cream - lighter, better for a hot day.
Chocolate and caramel - the dessert crepe of the lineup.
Savory options:
Ham and gruyere - the classic. Salty, melty, with that slightly nutty gruyere flavor running through it.
Ham, gruyere, and a fried egg - one step better. This is a full meal.
They also do crepe cakes and fresh-squeezed juices. The full menu is bigger than it looks from the counter.

The Nutella banana crepe with powdered sugar is the best first order - it's the one that converts people into regulars. Go on a weekday right when they open and you'll get fresh batter, zero line, and the full show of watching it made from scratch. Weekends get busy by late morning.
