Somebody in Boca is about to pour you a glass from a bottle that would normally never get opened for one glass. There is a needle involved. It goes through the cork, pulls the wine out, and the cork seals back up behind it like nothing happened, which is how a room this small can pour 25 different wines by the glass without dumping half of them down the drain on Sunday night. The Prosperity Wine Room opened on August 26 inside Prosperity Brewers off NW 1st Ave, and the whole thing seats 14 people.

What You're Walking Into
Prosperity is a nanobrewery tucked into the ROC Urban warehouse district in East Boca, the design-and-studio pocket off Spanish River Boulevard. It has been a beer place since March 2018: industrial bay, covered outdoor seating, rotating food trucks, dogs everywhere, a tap list that changes so often the board is different most weeks. Nothing about walking up to it says wine.
Then there is a separate room. The list runs 100 wines under $100 and covers every major wine-producing region in the world, with a handful of pricier bottles above that line for anyone who wants to go there. Twenty-five of those are available by the glass, including the rare and high-end ones, which is where the Coravin comes in. It is a preservation system that pours through the cork instead of pulling it, so a bottle can stay open for months without turning. It is the reason you can order one glass of something genuinely special on a Wednesday instead of committing to the whole bottle and a headache.
Here is the part that makes it work as a date night. One person orders a beer flight from a brewery that has been refining small-batch recipes for eight years. The other orders a glass of Barolo. Same room, same tab, nobody compromising. That combination does not exist anywhere else in Boca that we know of, and it is the whole reason this place is worth the drive rather than just worth knowing about.
The Insider Move
Go on a tasting night. The first and third Wednesday of every month, 6 to 9 pm, they run a public tasting: six wines for $20, and you get a $10 credit toward any bottle featured that night. So if one of the six lands, you are effectively paying $10 to taste all six. That is the best wine deal in Boca right now and it is not close.
The second move is the one most people will miss. Every wine on the list is available to take home at special retail pricing. Drink the glass, decide you love it, buy the bottle on your way out for less than a shop would charge you. Treat the room as a tasting bar for your own wine rack.
Last thing: 14 seats fills fast on a Friday. Get there near the 5:30 open if you want to actually sit down, or book the room outright. It holds up to 20 for private events, which makes it a real option for a birthday or a small work thing where you do not want a restaurant.

Nobody has reviewed the Wine Room yet. It is less than a week old. What we can tell you is what the beer side has built: more than 12,500 ratings across 282 different beers on Untappd, averaging 3.7, which for a three-barrel operation in a warehouse bay is a serious body of work. Their Kolsch and the Clutch Plate IPA are the ones that keep showing up. The 1925 pineapple blonde was brewed for Boca Raton's centennial.
Translation: these are not people who added wine because it seemed like good business. They have spent eight years being precise about what goes in a glass.
Why the List Is Actually Good
Because the guy who built it did wine first. Founder Dominick Peri spent 15 years in the wine industry before he opened a brewery with his longtime friend Ken Gross, and he earned his Level One certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers back in 2001. The Wine Room is him going back to it. That is why the list reaches every major region instead of stopping at California and Italy.
